To view the text and sketches you must have acrobat reader installed in your computer. If already installed use the scroll bar to the right of the document to view. To print the nine page document click on the small printer icon in the upper left corner of the Acrobat Reader.
To install the acrobat reader click here choose your Windows Version in step 1 and then click on download in step 3.
