Buying a name versus making an offer
Paying the selling price of a
name that is still available will secure the Domain name and the transfer of the Domain
name will begin.

will consider your offer for 30 days, if we decide to accept it you will be notified. If
the name is sold during the 30 days that we are considering your offer, you will be
notified that the name is no longer available. The Selling price will always take
precedent over an offer that is less than the selling price.
